it's a lot harder to kind of grow an entrepreneur or make money online channel 00:46.320 --> 00:51.330 to a broad audience when you're first getting started and it would be a lot easier in fact if I guess what it would be easier to grow my channel because 01:03.090 --> 01:07.410 a lot of different people would come to my channel see that it's about private labeling see that I continue 01:07.410 entrepreneurs ship 01:40.260 --> 01:45.450 and you know making excuses and stuff like that can't talk today it's a lot harder to grow an audience 01:45.450 --> 01:47.570 around a broad array of night one time and I was watching TV 03:04.650 --> 03:08.940 at at a friend's house and I was scrolling through YouTube videos. 03:08.970 --> 03:13.980 And what was suggested to me this random Mystery Box video and I literally thought this is like two 03:13.980 --> 03:16.380 three weeks ago and I thought What the hell is this. 03:16.380 --> 03:17.790 And I checked it out. 03:17.790 --> 03:23.760 And so I clicked on it and I happened to notice that there was about 2 3 million views on this video 03:24.300 --> 03:26.460 and I literally named my entire video. 03:26.460 --> 03:28.410 If I pull this up really fast for a second. 03:30.590 --> 03:36.230 And I search this this this title right here I'll show you exactly the video I'm talking about 03:39.980 --> 03:40.520 it's. 03:40.670 --> 03:45.520 It was I believe it was it was this video right here buying a mystery box off the Dark Web. 03:45.530 --> 03:51.530 Weird and I literally copy that person's title and made this first video right here and it blew up to 03:51.530 --> 03:56.240 four hundred and six thousand views and that was about three hundred and eighty thousand views more 03:56.240 --> 03:59.910 than any other video on my channel as ever gotten ever. 03:59.930 --> 04:04.750 And so what I did is I made another one of that and that was right here and that's been six days ago 04:04.760 --> 04:06.410 it's about a hundred thirty three thousand. 04:06.410 --> 04:10.550 And so what I'm trying to say is the way that I knew that that was a great video to make was because 04:10.550 --> 04:12.690 I check this out this was the one suggested to me. 04:12.860 --> 04:15.620 This got six point six million views a month ago. 04:15.620 --> 04:20.660 Now if I clicked on Jude Summers's channel who made this and I noticed that oh he's got millions of 04:20.660 --> 04:26.150 subscribers or hundreds of thousands of subscribers then it wouldn't be a great video for me to replicate 04:26.150 --> 04:28.820 and make obviously you know take this with a grain of salt. 04:28.820 --> 04:29.560 You know you should. 04:29.630 --> 04:33.510 It should be somewhat related to your niche if you're if you're implementing this topic. 04:33.830 --> 04:39.200 But I noticed that he only had at the time about nineteen thousand subs and I thought he has 19000 subs 04:39.230 --> 04:45.500 but he's getting a video that has he's getting you know 3 million views on a video that's you know obviously 04:45.500 --> 04:50.360 a video that I can get views on as well because I'm about nine thousand subscribers and so what did 04:50.360 --> 04:53.920 I do as did you know what did a thousand other YouTube is do. 04:53.930 --> 04:57.810 I went and I made a Mystery Box video has nothing to do with the channel whatsoever. 04:57.890 --> 04:59.090 But guess what. 04:59.090 --> 05:02.920 I got 400 some thousand views on that and then I've got one hundred and thirty three on the next one. 05:02.930 --> 05:08.900 So that's a great way that you can do to 10 basically 10 x reviews on overnight stop making just the 05:08.900 --> 05:12.250 content that you want to make believe me I don't want to make Mystery Box videos. 05:12.350 --> 05:14.300 I don't want to make some of the videos that I make. 05:14.300 --> 05:18.830 Obviously ninety nine point nine percent of videos I enjoy making but sometimes I'll take a video and 05:18.830 --> 05:20.490 just to give you two more examples. 05:20.570 --> 05:24.260 I'll see a video that I know I can make and replicate that is hopefully going to bring views to the 05:24.260 --> 05:27.890 channel because if one video can bring views to the channel then guess what. 05:27.890 --> 05:31.100 That's gonna put a lot of other eyes on a lot of your other content. 05:31.190 --> 05:35.630 Another great example of this would be what Alex Becker doesn't want you to know about Shopify drop 05:35.630 --> 05:36.090 shipping. 05:36.140 --> 05:40.940 Now this was for the longest time my most successful video at thirty three out thirty two thousand views 05:41.270 --> 05:45.980 and it blew up my channel which at the time typically gets you know a thousand views per video maybe 05:45.980 --> 05:49.840 sometimes a couple of hundred if it's not that great of a video over time. 05:50.120 --> 05:55.160 And what I did is I saw somebody else put it put a video out like this and it was basically criticizing 05:55.160 --> 05:59.930 Alex Becker and they had about 3000 subs and it got like fifty thousand views and it was like they have 05:59.930 --> 06:04.730 3000 subs I'm obviously in the entrepreneurship I know about job shipping I didn't know that much about 06:04.730 --> 06:08.480 Alex Becker at the time other than he hit me with the most annoying ads possible. 06:08.480 --> 06:12.440 But at the time I criticized a lot of videos just to get views and guess what it worked. 06:12.440 --> 06:17.150 So another great example of this and last one before we move on to the third example I saw basically 06:17.150 --> 06:21.260 to put it short somebody to have like a nine thousand sub channel again make a video. 06:21.260 --> 06:24.940 They got a couple million views and it was based around is Google always listening to you. 06:24.950 --> 06:25.970 So what did I do. 06:25.970 --> 06:26.710 I went I went. 06:26.750 --> 06:32.270 I basically replicated that video with my own spin on it and it kind of blew up at ten thousand views 06:32.390 --> 06:35.220 at the time when I did this was pretty good for my channel. 06:35.330 --> 06:39.080 And so that's a great way that you can do it when you're browsing or you know obviously if you want 06:39.080 --> 06:43.670 to go out and search for this type of content look for channels with views like yours or views with 06:44.240 --> 06:49.700 subs like yours and subs with you know a little bit more than yours potentially and go out and make 06:49.700 --> 06:52.780 a video if you happen to notice that one of their videos blew up. 06:53.090 --> 06:58.730 Obviously there's an opportunity in the YouTube marketplace for anybody and it could be you to make 06:58.730 --> 07:00.930 a video like that because whatever your channel is and whatever your niche is a great example just like we talked about 07:19.880 --> 07:26.080 you just popping online is Alex Bakri is a pretty good big big channel can't type pretty big channel 07:26.090 --> 07:30.410 in the entrepreneurship and making money online niche and marketing needs she's a great marketer and 07:30.410 --> 07:35.930 so what I would do if I wanted to you know pretty much 10x my views is I would stop making videos about 07:35.930 --> 07:40.600 what I want to make videos about necessarily for a week or two and what I would do is I go to Alex Becker 07:40.610 --> 07:45.350 channel and then because he's up he's a popular entrepreneur and he has a big channel and I would go 07:45.350 --> 07:47.270 to his videos and what would I do. 07:47.270 --> 07:54.680 I would sort them by the most popular and see what videos he's made and if they are recent relatively 07:54.680 --> 08:00.740 recent and you know if they've gotten a lot of use because that means that that specific video or that 08:00.740 --> 08:06.170 video type obviously would get a lot of using that nation hopefully if you make you know four or five 08:06.170 --> 08:10.730 of those one of them at least is going to hit for you and obviously you know maybe that's ten thousand 08:10.730 --> 08:13.000 views maybe that's one hundred thousand views maybe that's a million views.
